Plausible intentional burial of a Neandertal

A study of Neandertal remains, and of the cave in which they were found, finds that the remains may have been buried intentionally in an ancient funerary practice. The near-complete remains, discovered in 1908, provided a possible early example of burial in hominin culture, but researchers have debated whether the burial was intentional.
